Not sure the point of an appt since I was told I waited in line with everyone else. No one talked with me until over 30min after my appt time. Was told it would take at least 2 hours for my 5000 mile check that basically just required checking fluids. Not sure what would take that much time. Fortunately took less time than that. No one was available to go over with me what happened with my car. The one bright spot was a young woman at the front desk. She helped me when I came in and went out of her way to review my report with me. Valet guys were too busy talking to be useful. Car was not vacuumed fully inside. There were big leaf pieces on passenger side.

Francis, my service rep was excellent. Very thorough and patient. He told me to talk to some guy to get my car out. However, when I'm outside and trying to get my car that's when I almost wanted to kill someone. It took me forever to get my car. None of the valet guys wanted to talk to me. I had to labor to get one of them to talk to me. I stood there for a good 10-15 minutes, at least, before my car arrived. I counted at least 5-6 of them waking in and out and none of them asked if I've been helped or if my car is coming out or not. There were at least 5 different parties left before I get to see my car. Service rep, tremendous. The valet guys, please send them back to training. I was there around 12;20pm ish on Tuesday in case you need to go back and watch the tape of me just standing there.

I was dissatisfied with the professionalism your Service agent displayed. Even though it was only a $40 difference in price, I felt as though he should have told my wife about the special before offering her the AAA discount at $117 when the special was for $69.88. I just don't like anyone taking advantage of a woman in any way. And no matter how you look at this, it's clearly someone taking advantage of a female that doesn't know anything about a car.

Robin Ho should be FIRED !!!!! I bought my first Lexus over 10 years ago at Longo. I was completely satisfied until my recent experience where he was the responsible agent for ensuring that my needs were met. I have not ever talked to any employee representing a dealership that has been so rude to me, talking over me, etc. My experience with Robin Ho was a complete disaster. I called Longo inquiring about my radio after about 2-3 weeks and Robin told me he would research the matter and call me back regarding a rental car. He never called me back. Yesterday I witnessed him giving loan cars to no end as my car was being repaired. I saw enough. Robin offered a loan car while the mechanics installed my refurbished radio in my car but 30 days prior he could not offer anything.
