1) when I called to make appointment for the first six month
Service, I was put on hold over 20 minutes.
2) Drive to Service register area, many cars on line. Waited
for 15 minutes at least.
3) finally had the chance to meet service coordinator. After
Check-in, another 40 minutes waiting for service shuttle
To pick-up.
4) when service was down, the coordinator called
to wait for shuttle pick- up the car. There was
another 45 minutes to have the ride. 6 people
were in the shuttle, it took one hour to complete
Pick-up, plus another 30 minutes drove back to
Service office.
I didn’t realize that tune-up car is a whole day work.

Service was great once I met an associate. I had a 3:00 appointment time, dropped car off at 2:50, then waited until 3:30 to tell representative I needed an oil change. Would have been nice to be seen a little sooner, otherwise everything was great.
