The service itself went extremely well. This comment is directed at whoever prepares the final service paperwork. Kelly explained everything in extremely straightforward terms and the car was ready earlier then promised. However, I was disappointed that my final paperwork initially did not reflect that the service was to be free - my second of four free services as a result of purchasing an L-Certified Lexus - even though it was confirmed by Kelly himself that this would be the case. I had to wait several minutes for corrected paperwork to be generated before I could leave. It is important to verify paperwork before presenting it to a customer.
