David seemed to be a genuine guy. Was apologetic when I didn't get the car back at the promised time and gave options for what I could do. He even went to help out the service desk to get everything processed faster. I appreciate him and his care.

Jim you did a great job, but that courtesy window needs more than one rep. I waited 20 minutes for the service member and when he finally showed up he assisted the guest that showed up 2 minuets before he did. He stated that he had started their process earlier and took them ahead of me to finish them up. Overall the pick up could’ve gone a lot smoother unfortunately i chose to wait in line at the wrong time.
