I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. There has been an on going issue with these tires that are a bit sore spot. I was told and shown a picture
two of the tires are badly damaged and need to be replaced. I was surprised they continued with the rotation if the tires need to be replaced. So now I paid to have tires rotated that need to be replaced. I took my car to a business that services my fleet vehicles for an opinion. I only shared that I just had a rotation and was told about need to be replaced, they agreed tires need to be replaced very soon and added they would not have continued with the rotation. Putting prior issues aside I am disappointed Longo continued with the rotation and I paid for something that was a waste of my money. This email started out with thank you for trusting us.....I have had a good opinion of longo but this was disappointing. Thank you
