My vehicle was returned with an inch long scratch down to the metal above the passenger side rear wheel. Whatever caused the scratch also dented my car. Also, my driver side rear tire rim is scratched like it rubbed up against a hard surface.
To top it off, the complete detail was abysmal. There is wax still all over the vehicle, the rims of my car still have dirt caked on them because no one cleaned them, the moon roof has a fog to it from the wax, the front fender fog lights have dirt and wax caked on, and the wiper blades are covered in drops of wax or armor all. I am not happy with the service and I’m absolutely devastated by the damage to my car. Julian has been helpful this far with assisting me to have the car repaired and redetailed. I hope these issues will be resolved but it’s not acceptable service from a Lexus dealership. I had hoped that a luxury car dealer would treat people’s luxury cars with care.
