Waited for 5 hours in the waiting area. Only to tell me that they couldn't do anything because my car wasn't a Lexus. The person I talked to said he tried to contacting me...which I don't think is true because I never received a phone call(I saw they had my phone number on the computer and the guy who checked me in asked me if I was "Hector") while I waited 5 hours. All I got was a "sorry".
