Mike was very accomodating and informative. The routine maintenance took longer than expected, almost 4 hours. Mike was checking in on my vehicle, and made sure we were comfortable and informed. Thank you! The service part was cumbersome. Such a wait, but it was indeed busy. I just wish the time assessment was a little better.

I was in for the airbags, and when I picked it up, the side strip was not securely secured. Later that day I could not get into my trunk only to learn that they had put the system on valet. Also Bo said I could walk around the new cars. I was down in the garage when a salesperson approached me and asked me who I was working with. I told him nobody and he told me I couldn't be in the area without a salesperson.
