Longest wait time ever. I love Longo Lexus and was surprised today. Thought it would take 1 1/2 hour. It took almost three hours. Oil change and changing wiper blades shouldn’t take that long. I ended up asking for my car before it was washed. Waiting for wash would have taken another half hour. I am hopeful today was just one bad day and next time you’ll be back to the great service you’ve always given.

Jim Palmer was not available when I dropped the car off.
I had asked the guy at the drive check-in to check the Bluetooth because it had been acting up — not playing my Pandora. He said he would note it. I also asked my service rep to also note it. No mention of it when I picked up the car. I’m still having problems.
