Excellent and professional services were provided and explanation was clearly given to my car issues/problems from Mr. Palmer and the lead mechanic technician who was with me for the car test drive. The only bad experience that I had from the Longo Lexus dealer last Friday was having to wait about 20 minutes or more to pickup my car from the valet service after the services was completed and communicated to me from Mr. Palmer. Thanks!
