Yes he was nice but my detailing was not perfect ...
My LX was not that dirty but I like to have it detailed
so I think my leather seats were not cleaned well
but the service guy was nice and cleaned off the
black marks and wiped down the problem areas.
I am not sure why but there was a wax or cream placed on
the front Counsel burlwood and there was a large scratch... I think He will call later.
