Any questions or concerns I have, he either provides me with immediate answers or get back to me as soon as possible. Edward is an amazing representative. He went above and beyond to ensure that my service was done in a timely manner. When Edward notified me that it will be a major service, being 2-2.5 hrs, I expressed that I was unaware of the long wait had to get back to taking care of my twin 1 year old. Edward was very receptive and ensured that I was taken care of. He supported that with following up with me to let me know that he wanted to delay his lunch to ensure all was well, and that however, it was not allowed. In addition, Edward even sent me a message after I left to inquire if I was able to get my service was completed in a timely manner.
