I had no issues with my service advisor (John Chang), and my overall experience was far better this time than during my previous service visit to Longo Lexus.
My main complaint this time is that when John told me my car would be ready in 5-10 minutes, and I went outside to wait for it, one of the workers outside told me to go back inside, and that they would call my name.
I waited about 45 minutes, and after no one had still called my name, I went outside and saw that my car had apparently been ready for quite some time, but no one had bothered letting me know. I asked one of the service attendants about it, and he gave me my key after inspecting my paperwork. I received absolutely no explanation or apology as to why I was never notified that my car was ready.
This extra wait that I was inconvenienced with was completely unnecessary, preventable, and inexcusable.
