I had my appointment for service at 830am and checked in on time. There was way too many cars in line to be serviced at once, I waited 35min to be attended just to tell me there are out of loaner cars etc, I was running late for work thinking it was a faster process than what I expected. I had to leave with my vehicle and come back at a later time. When they called me that my vehicle was ready for pick up I went and stated my car will be pulled up in a few minutes, I had to wait another 35-40 just to get my ready car. I wasn’t happy.. I like my representative Bou he helped me th best he could but the overall service took way too long seemed very unorganized for being Lexus
