I specifically said that my brakes we squeaking and that was the reason for my appointment. Rear brake pads we installed, and the brakes still squeak and the car shakes when braking. What do you want me to do?

Kelly Yang is the WORST rep I have ever had at Longo. I have had several reps in the past, with a few experiences here and there slightly less then satisfactory thought nothing too bothersome, but this is absolutely the most disappointing service in all the years I have been a customer. I have let many less than pleasant interactions go, but this definitely needs to be addressed. Kelly was rude from the moment he called me to come in for service until the very end, when he tried to get me to leave right away and did not let me grab even a bottle of water. I had to tell him I was going to use the restroom before I go just so he could back off. He not only had an attitude the entire time I was there, but he made remarks that should otherwise have been kept to himself. His customer service is terrible and he has no etiquette whatsoever. His unprofessionalism disgusts me and I hope others never have to experience what I experienced during this time. The situation with my loaner car was also a huge problem as I was told I would not be given a car until my insurance was current, which is was. Finally, as soon as I got into my car, I saw that there was a big spider on the inside roof. I jumped back out and couldn’t see where the spider went. I was at the pick up area for a while, obviously needing help but nobody came to assist me until I had to flag someone down. This is not how I expected to leave the vicinity. This is a concern for me because I was not only uncomfortable but I am also allergic to spiders and their webs. In the end, the staff basicaly left my car dirty with the spider being left inside and made me feel unsafe driving home.
