They clean up inside my car but forget the dashboard,I showed it to the lady by the gate, she was surprised what the work car wash department had done,it was so dusty they missed it. P.s. I got back from a long trip, so car was extremely dirty.

My only complaint is that when I picked up the car I waited for over 20 minutes. I was called at 8:30 and was told my car was ready. When I came and picked it up at 11:30 I was expecting for my car to actually be ready. It was very annoying to sit there and have to wait for over 20 minutes; no one wants to wait when they are told their car is ready. If I did have to wait, the expectation should be set before hand. I should be told, “when you get here, you’re gonna have to wait over 20 minutes”. At least I would know what to expect and can plan around that.
