Last time in, no one checked the battery, which had a loose pole, even though the box was checked. I had to buy a new one unexpectedly when it went dead away from home. Had it been checked, I could have gotten a rebate as it was still under warranty. That cost me money. This time, I checked the new battery & found that I had been charged for a terminal pad, although I have a warranty elsewhere, and the mechanic didn’t even bother to replace the cover bolts. Good thing I looked & had the outside guy take care of it. Who is checking the cars before release? Sloppy work. Makes me wonder about what I can’t see.
