Generally happy with my services provided. It also appears that the gas mileage was noticeably lower than when I dropped it off. Not sure how much testing was needed once everything was fixed, but that also concerned me. Otherwise, I love Francis and appreciate all of his assistance.

I appreciate that Jennifer makes my visit both fast and Informative. I am hard on my brakes; Status of my brakes is something that Jennifer consistently reviews. Jennifer knows brakes are a concern for me since brakes on my last generation IS250 were frequently replaced. This included replacement of rotors - on several occasions!! Thankfully it appears the more recent generation of IS vehicles do not have the same brake issues!!
