I have been a Longo Lexus customer since 1991 I should be rewarded from Longo Lexus... I currently have 3 Lexus. I’m looking to get 1 more next week. I’ve had every Lexus made Except one or two I wish you would stop coming out New car every year. I can’t keep up. Is that ok.?

I made an appointment with another service rep and they were absent and I wasn’t notified. I showed up and had to wait an hour because I was reassigned to Daniel. I had a problem with my vehicle and was promised that it should have been completed by Monday. There were a couple of snags which wasn’t necessarily Daniel’s fault but it wasn’t until I called on Monday to find out the status that I actually got a call back. I just think that the communication was terrible given my overall experience and circumstances that were presented during this service. I normally have high praise for my experience at your dealership but this was by far the worst experience I encountered while servicing my car.
