My customer service representative, Mr. Eric Anaya did an excellent job. My dissatisfaction with my visit today is due to the damage that was made to my vehicle’s steering wheel. I noticed there was a fairly deep scratch into my steering wheel leather, I called and spoke with the staff that was on site after my visit, and explained the issue. The service overall was great; however it’s unfortunate that the service personnel damaged my vehicle, I hope this can be resolved, and upon speaking with the staff there, I was assured the problem would be resolved.
