When i got my car back, the cold button on driver seat was on, the light that I never use was also on. I dont know what kind of light, but I saw the light was on and I had to turn it off manually. I dont know whether someone was testing the car or just playing with it; whoever it is need to make sure everything must be returned to the original condition before the car is being returned to customer. I did not have this kind of experience with Longo Lexus Service before.
