My IS300 has been servicing in Longo since purchased in 2002. During conversation with consultant on 1/20, I informed him that some items were fixed before but he was not able to locate the record at that time. After the service done on 1/23/2918. I went back to check my record which the consultant was not able to locate, showing some of the items were previously fixed back in Feb 20, 2013 for $1881.59 (Invoice #90042) such as replacement of timing belt, water pump assembly, v-belt, antifreeze, engine oil gasket. I think Longo should waive or at least offer deeper discount to a certain extent level for those items that were previously replaced and now replaced again.
The mileage difference was only about 50,000 miles.
