I had my car detailed, when they finished, they had thrown everything I had in the trunk back in, instead of neatly putting it back as I had it. They did not hand me the key, it took me 15 minutes to find it, it was under the seat. I was very dissatisfied with the service.

Francis Saldana provided outstanding service as usual. This is why I insist that he is my service representative for all of my service needs for my Lexus @ Longo. He keeps me with timely messages regarding the ongoing service on my car. The outcome of my trust in him was exhibited when he informed me that I needed to replace all four of my tires. He explained the reasons correctly and explained to me the Longo offers the tires at the same costs as COSTCO. Outstanding! I love Costco! I guess I’ve also added Longo to the list! Great!!
