Made as 2pm appointment...arrived at 1:35pm...all checked-in by 1:53pm. At 3:30pm asked front desk how much longer...she told me that they were finishing up the paperwork...almost 45 mins later I received my car...why make an appointment for an oil change if it takes almost 2.5 hours to complete? I watched ppl with later appointments arrive AND leave before I was finished.
