I left my car there thinking it was going to be in good hands but when I got it back, I was very disappointed. I instantly noticed my windshield was chipped, both of my handles on the left doors were scratched, the outside of the glove compartment was scratched as well and my headlights are foggy so it seems as if water got inside of them. The receptionist stated she couldn’t do anything about it and there was no one she can call, and I had to wait til Monday to call the service department manager.

My dashboard that was on recall. My doors were also recalled. When putting in my dash he said the doors would be in the year later (2018). He called me in the same month he promised. Please know that he delivers on what he says. If anything I'd pay him more just to keep him for the customers. I'm sure he's favorite with all customers he comes in contact with! I live in Cerritos but I found Elmonte to be the best because of him!
