My RX pulls to the left even after adjusting front and rear toe to factory specifications. I don’t see how by simply rotating tires front to back can fix the alignment at this point. A four wheel alignment should be performed according to factory specifications instead of just rotating the tires. If I rotate the tires front to back now will the car go back to pulling to the left. Seriously, please don’t do part of the work and hope the customer will accept it. Do a thorough job because you always claim you have high standards. Some of your customers may be knowledgeable about car mechanics you know.
