I feel like I was accused of lying about why the center console in my car was broken. I was told that my warranty would not cover the repair. I asked for an appeal and an agreement was made that I would pay the labor and Lexus would pay the part. When my car repair was completed, I requested to be picked up by the shuttle. I was not offered a rental. Beau said he could try to arrange for someone to come pick me up but he said that he didn’t have a shuttle driver to get me. I asked if the shuttle could pick me up the following day at 9 am. And Beau stated that could be done. And that the driver would call me by 8:30 or 9:00 to give an estimated time of arrival. The following morning i didn’t receive a call by 9 so I left a message for Beau. I called back and still had no answer. I then called the main longo number and told the receptionist my circumstances and she stated she would try to find Beau. She could not locate him and she stated he would call me back. I received a call at 9:47 am and Beau stated that he was down to people and didn’t have drivers. He then stated he completely forgot about me. I explained my frustration and he apologized. I then told him that I had made my own arrangements to be dropped off. This is completely unacceptable and disregarded. I am very disappointed in the entire experience I had at Longo Lexus.

Robin was great. He provided constant status on the progress and worked with the service team until all issues were resolved. There is one pending item related to parts on back order, but I’m sure Robin will follow through.

He is really professional and easy to talk to.
