Excellent customer service, Carlos Munoz was very helpful! I had received a letter in the mail regarding the air bag being recalled and he was kind enough to remind me otherwise I would have forgotten and not have it replaced! Even though there is a Lexus close to my house I prefer to drive to Santa Clara to have it serviced, everyone there is always pleasant! For my next appt I will request Carlos!

I had never waited for more than 2h 20min doing oil change with an appointment. I went outside at the valet area to find my car sitting there for a while according to a valet staff. I hope Lexus to have more respect for customer 's time. This is my worst experience at this facility after spending $9k in 10 years.

James luong was very nice, I had no problem with him at all. My last experience with service in Pleasanton did not take 3 hours for an oil change. I arrived at 1pm and left at 4pm. That seems way too long to me for the service that was done. I expected 1 to 2 hrs. I was not offered a loaner. 3 hours just seems excessive to me.
