Very awkwar process. Service advisors are totally overloaded. No one calls back. Alternatively left hanging on phone for 15 plus minutes being forced to listen to ads and music I found unpleasant. The final paperwork did not answer the question I asked when car was brought in. Was there any permanent front end damage. Had to beg for a service advisor to tell me when I came in to pick car up to get an answer. Being nicey nice is no substitute for real customer service.

By far the best service I’ve ever gotten over decade - and I’ve had them almost all outstanding. And mine was complex issues: a regular maintenance ($700),several expensive repairs (oil gasket leakege, $1,000, and all tires replacement, $1,000), and an after-accident repair of non-functional power steering ($1,000). Almost $4,000 worth of work in one gasp. Chris rocks!

It was good to work with Marshall. Marshall was very thorough in explaining what was going to be done for this service visit and what the possible outcomes are from the inspection. He suggestions for the various outcomes were explained well.
