Very awkwar process. Service advisors are totally overloaded. No one calls back. Alternatively left hanging on phone for 15 plus minutes being forced to listen to ads and music I found unpleasant. The final paperwork did not answer the question I asked when car was brought in. Was there any permanent front end damage. Had to beg for a service advisor to tell me when I came in to pick car up to get an answer. Being nicey nice is no substitute for real customer service.

By far the best service I’ve ever gotten over decade - and I’ve had them almost all outstanding.
And mine was complex issues: a regular maintenance ($700),several expensive repairs (oil gasket leakege, $1,000, and all tires replacement, $1,000), and an after-accident repair of non-functional power steering ($1,000).
Almost $4,000 worth of work in one gasp.
