Mike, you were great! I was so appreciative that you checked in my vehicle on the spot instead of making me wait for someone to call you or another service manager. I brought the vehicle in because the battery light appeared. I also appreciated that you were no nonsense about what needed to be done, including suggesting that we save ourselves a trip and do the 105K maintenance at the same time as troubleshooting the battery,but at the same time friendly. When the repair was near complete (2.5 hr mark) Frank came over to say, it will be 10-15 mins longer, I'll go get your paper work. Unfortunately he never returned. Instead someone from the reception/cashier desk came back to have me sign, which was an hour later.
All the staff supporting Frank did a great Job, as usual, but his casual disregard for meeting commitment is a consistent negative experience with me and my service.
Case in point. I was in the day before for the a similar service on my wife's vehicle (RX350) and the gentlemen I worked with was kind, courteous and clear with setting and meeting my expectations. Only thing different is he delivered when promised. He did not leave me hanging as Frank did and has done almost every time Ive worked with him.

I arrived 5 min. before my appt. time but had to wait 15 min. until James was ready. I had reserved a loaner auto but had to wait 20-25 min. until my name was called. I sense James has more clients than he can handle. I would like a different service advisor next time.
