The pick up system really needs some work! I had to wait for over 20 minutes outside (after waiting inside for about 10 minutes for paper work). That is a huge waste of my time especially at the end of the day when I was trying to get on the road ASAP to avoid traffic home. Everyone outside seems confused. So unprofessional! Seems like it is a very disorganized. Everyone is nice but, the niceness and the free snacks inside can only take you so far. Better and quicker service is better appreciated! That is why we come there!!
