When the car service was ready, James called me, then I went to his office and completed the paperwork. He told me that my car is now cleaning and you can go outside and wait for the car. So I went out and sitting on the bench. After waiting for ten minutes, I took a walk around the waiting area and saw a car that
Has the same color as mine. i walked upfront and checked the license plate and noticed that it is my car. A service staff approached me and asked if I need help. I told him that is my car. So he checked my paper and made sure I am the owner. Then he went to the car and checked if the key was inside the car. He could not find it, so he went to the office and came out with my key. I said to him if I don’t go around and saw my car was already parked in the area I really don’t know how long I need to wait for my car. Please don’t let the customer waiting outside for the car if the car is not yet ready to pick up.

The work seems to have been done properly and Chet was very good about explaining what needed to be done. Price for the service was unreasonably high. I felt ripped off, and shamed when I asked about matching the price of another local Lexus dealer. In addition, while I was happy to have a loaner car, the loaner car provided was extremely dirty inside (napkins, chapstick, and other garbage left inside and drink spills, hair, dirt all over, etc.). I did not feel well taken care of like I used to feel when I brought the car in for service on previous occasions.
