Michael did a great job trying to fix an intermittent issue with the car radio. But the technicians were unable to duplicate the problem. That was the ONLY issue that was not taken care of. Every other item was completed to my Satisfaction and Michael (Babcock) did a great job of overseeing the repairs to my car as well as communicating the repair status with me.
