Mike, really didnt feel like you cared about my situation or wanted to help. I understand lexus carries a premium for all things but in general it still needs to be competitive so walk me through why im expecting to pay an additional 50 dollars per tire... when i asked about a specific tire it really seemed like it was too much work to look it up in the system and compare apples to apples.
Long story short i was pretty sad about this. Have been going to levus stevens creek service center for 5 years and not sure i really want to continue to have my car serviced there.
