James was fine. The service manager did not even give me the courtesy of a return call on the issue we have about the headlamp cover and side mirror. And I saw him sitting in his office when I picked up the car. I’ve been patronizing Lexus of Stevens Creek for years. Three cars bought and always serviced there. No more I’m afraid. I think the dealership’s service standards are slipping.

It took 15 minutes for the valet to bring out my car. I was told that my car was ready. 15 minutes is too long to wait when I was told it was ready. After 5 minutes someone looked at my paperwork then it took 10 more minutes for someone to bring my car out. When I first went out to the pick up area I was the only customer waiting. By the time my car was brought out I saw four other customers waiting. It’s a shame that the last impression I’m left with is poor customer service. Everything up to that point was going great. I hope that this situation doesn’t happen again.
