Frank overpromised and underdelivered. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism in how he handled the situation. Had told me license plates were installed and that car was ready for pickup. That was not true, and the license plates were in fact NOT installed. Further, he was unable to get them installed without making me late for an appointment.
While not a big deal - I can install them myself - it was the missed expectations and ensuing inability to quickly rectify the situation that I found frustrating.
