Service advisor was excellent-kept us informed as to when car would be ready. It would be helpful if you could get a loaner so you don’t have to get someone to take you there and back.

He never even told me what was wrong with my car. He told me it was ready to be picked up which was nice because it was within 24 hours but then I got to the receptionist desk and they came back with a paper needing my signature. I had to ask the receptionist what was wrong with the car and she had to decode the invoice paper. I’m happy I didn’t have to pay for anything since it was a defective battery but having never even met my luxury car service advisor... no he’s not getting a thumbs up from me.
