That was the worst post service car wash I ever had at Lexus Stevens Creek - dusty when delivered - additionally the loaner car was not clean inside - used Kleenex in the center console and q-tips in the drivers door compartment.
Service personnel (Todd and desk clerk) we just fine.

Ramsin was very polite and helpful. I was frustrated with the aggravating noise the climate system was making that I was unable to silence. Ramsin helped with my frustration and took the car in without an appointment. Because of his caring level of service, I got much more done than I originally intended.
