I brought my car in for a detail at 9 am Tuesday morning. I didn’t hear from anyone about the status of my car by the end of the day, so it was left overnight. The next day came and I still hadn’t heard from anyone. By noon I called and was told that Nathan was not in, and that his partner would give me a call back. I never received a call. I called in Thursday morning and was told again that someone would call me back to update me. Unfortunately, I never heard back again. Finally, I called at the end of the day and I spoke to Christina who actually found someone named Mike to help track down my car. I was told my car “fell through the cracks”. It was very disappointing that communication was so incredibly terrible during this visit. My car came back in great condition, which was the only good thing about my visit. Also, I found when I arrived home that my rosary was broken and in a plastic bag with the rest of my things. Incredibly disappointing to say the least, my first visit to Lexus Stevens Creek was great. Not sure why things went so poorly this time.

I had the first ever car detailing- disappointment with the cleaning. The manager Todd took care of it and I’ll get a credit, I think it will be a long time before I do that again.
I called at 1:33; 1:46 and 2:22. No one picked up and it went into a voice mail system. I was calling to get status on my car to make pick up arrangements. Called 2:23 left message for service rep for service update. Received a text at 2:41 car is ready. Usually much better service.

We were satisfied with a great job on the service and detail, the only complaint is we said the brakes were squeaking every time we slow down and when we brought it in, we commented they needed to be inspected and it said they were inspected yet they still squeak. So didn’t really resolve the squeak issue
