Car had a dent on one of the doors noted during pick up. Although Melissa addressed this concern promptly, I did not expect my car to sustain a dent during the service. Melissa is highly commendable but the service staff did not handle the car with care.

It’s just that after the payment when I was told to go wait for the vehicle, I had to wait 30mins. After seeing no vehicle, I eventually approached the people and they took another 10mins before they could figure out where the vehicle was.
