Tony service is not a 10 of 10 he is a 20 or more like a 100! I don’t think I have felt more taken care of and genuine compassion and caring from anyone like him. Not only did he get all the car stuff done flawlessly he made my family feel at home and special! From the moment we drove up the kids saw our name on the welcome TV and Tony was there to say leave the stuff in the car and he drove my car so I can load the kids and stuff into my car from the loaner. He made my kids feel like they were family so did the lady behind the counter and Tony took time to learn my kids name! I cannot rave enough about how amazing my experience was!! I bought a Lexus because I like the car but now I feel like Lexus has made me feel like family!! Incredible!! Bravo! Someone please give this guy a big bonus :)

Technicians left battery cover undone; rear was left in disarray; clearly no one opened up the lift gate to see if the work was done.
Don’t know why battery was included in maintenance since it was just replaced a few months ago. Don’t know the value of $1000 preventative maintenance when car is at the shop every quarter and usually goes through scheduled maintenance.
