Service advisor Deep Saini was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The car was ready as promised. Those were the plus points. But Lexus SC needs to improve the car loaner process. It was over 30 mins wait. Extremly rude and unprofessional individual finally showed me to my loaner car. This is not the level of service I expect from SC Lexus service.
