Adrian was great. But I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change (what’s the point of making an appointment?) and 1.5 hours for 2 new tires. Since Adrian was busy, I asked another employee near the parts department when my car would be done. She looked it up on the computer and told me it looked like the service was finished and that they must just be doing the car wash and road test. 45 minutes later I came back to get another update only to see my car hoisted up with no rear tires. Also, my car wash was not great - I had dried water spots all over my window and now my car pulls to the right.
Truly disappointed with this visit and will not come back to get my car serviced here.

We were told that our tire had a nail and it was not repairable and asked to replace with new tire. We were able to go to other tire vendor and they were able to fix it.

Chet was actually a great service advisor. Friendly, made me feel comfortable, honest, and an all around great guy. The issue was picking up the car after the service was done. I believe I waited almost 15 minutes for my car to be pulled up with multiple people who came after me getting their car before me. I witnessed this happen to another guest, who was visibly upset and asked the attendant twice about his car. While I don’t know the logistics behind how cars are parked/brought up, I have been to the service center three times- twice where I felt I waited substantially longer than other guests to get their car back.
