The worst service! I have been a loyal Lexus of Stevens creek service client for 12 years and have been delighted with the service provided for 11 years. The last two services were extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I am terribly disappointed. I was planning on buying a new Luxury Lexus and having it serviced here in the future, with the terrible service I have been receiving I am not sure I want to proceed with that plan. Mike did not communicate well with me, he didn’t listen to me and he recommended an expensive service that did not solve the problem and wasted $550. He wrote up the problem incorrectly and essentially called me a liar when I gave him feedback that the service did not solve the problem.

Chris Mendoza is a highly skilled service agent and knows how to handle even the most difficult of guests-me being one of them! I’m particular about my car and he makes every effort to make the service appointment less stressful and puts me at ease. If Lexus wants good people to represent them, then Chris needs to be promoted to a management position in the near future!
