Hi Adrian,
As usual, the service performed on my car was great and that is what keeps me coming back to Stevens Creek Lexus for maintenance.
As I mentioned to you when I picked up my car, the time from when I showed up for my appointment to the time I picked up my loaner car was approximately 2 hours. I understand now that loaner cars are provided through Enterprise for recalls, but the wait time was totally unexpected and not acceptable.

I still don't know if the oil was changed...it seems like it should have been part if routine maintenance yet I didn't see it referenced on the receipt. If not, when should it be changed? It's never been serviced elsewhere...I left voicemail about it and never got a call back from you.

My car was initially there to get my paint fixed on my car since it got damaged there and I went to pick it up and notice more damage on the same side I just had fixed. I don't feel my car is getting taken care of while it's being survived there and theres always something going wrong when I go to pick it up.
