My break rotor was damaged after I have signed up and participated in the extended warranty program. My last visit was in March 2018. No mention or warning about the break pad (4 mm thick) need to be replaced. Marshall has done a great job helping me, but unfortunately he mentioned the warranty does not cover break pad and rotor damage. I agreed the break pad is a consumerble item but the rotor should not have been damaged had the break pad been replace. I’ve paid > $1,700 yesterday. Why do I need extended warranty? No help

Michael Babcock was fine. The front desk woman was rude. It took me15 minutes to get my loaner car and I was late for work. I am a teacher and I can't be late for work. When I came to pick up my car, they "lost" it and it took me going in and getting Mike and him finding my keys at the desk. Again it was twenty minutes for just the pick up. I bought a Lexus to be treated with respect. I have taken my car to several Lexus service centers and have never been treated poorly let alone this horribly. I will never return to Steven's Creek Lexus for any reason.
