On Saturday October 6, I had to wait 30-minutes for my vehicle, and there was no one else in line. I was asked twice what I was waiting for (by 2 of the 5 people standing around), was told they would get my car, was told the car wasn’t washed yet, then 30-minutes later, my car came out.
I was in for a 60,000 mile maintenance and I also Wanted my stuck window fixed. During my last service they told me that the seal was sticking/holding the window shut, so they fixed it. It happened again, I told them to fix it again, I asked Frank if they fixed it, he said yes, but they didn’t even look at it!
I figured out in the parking lot that they didn’t fix the window but was so sick of waiting after my 30-minutes I just left. Not overly impressed with the service. I have had ALL my services done by Lexus since I bought the car new in 2006. I expect more from Lexus.
