I had a complimentary wash on my other car. It was sub par and don't believe it was actually WASHED. It was cleaned but no water it soap was used in it. Very disappointed

I thoroughly enjoyed my service at Lexus. Adrian was courteous and helpful as usual. He is the best advisor there. Also, the cashier helped me to get the loaner car I wanted and helped me to understand the problem with my car. Even the
guys who bring the car up are super polite and courteous.
I really enjoy the snacks and drinks you provide the customers, it makes the waiting time not so bad. Please keep all these services for your customers, it is what keeps me coming back, even though I live pretty far away and closer to another lexus dealership.

However, the department that handles the appointment booking process perhaps needs some adjustment, such that customers who don’t have an appointment but arrive ahead of those who do, don’t get prioritized over appointment-holders.
