Michael was impossible to find when I was there to retrieve my vehicle. He was pages several times and each time he would end up helping a man who showed up after me. I finally just went to the front desk and had them get my paperwork so that I could leave. I am frustrated that men were helped first when I was there first. This is not what I expect when I come to Lexus to have my vehicle serviced. Honestly the only advisor that has helped me and treated me right every time that I visit is Chet.

I had to wait 25 mins beyond my appointment time when I dropped of my car. I also had to wait more than 10 mins to pick up my car. They sent someone to pick me up to pick up the car. I expect my car to be ready to pick up when I got there. The service did not do oil change for whatever reason. I have to go back next week to do the oil change. I expect much better than that from Lexus. I am disappointed and not sure what your standard level is.
I hope I don’t have to wait long when I return next Monday morning to finish the oil change.
