Michael, you were fine. It was the expectations that were set for this service appointment. In setting up the appointment I was told one of the Lexus loaner cars would be provided. I was never aware of:
1- having to go through a 3rd party to get a rental car resulting in
2- additional excessive time needed taken away from my day to be shuttled to Enterprise, set up and deposit for rental car. Rental car walk around inspection.
3- $100 deposit (luckily I had my card on me)
I had blocked out an hour which should’ve been more than enough time to drop off car and return back to work since I work 3 miles away. As a result I was late for a meeting.
